This place is just fantastic: paid an entrance fee: $14, then staff will help you to handle parrots, you can also feed most of them!You should allow at least an hour, but you can have lunch on site, unfortunately we stayed only 2h we had to hit the road again! Will visit again!

6 of us visited here. We had been away for over a week and 1 of our ladies rated this as her pick of our touring. The weather was against us but we still had a great time heckling the birds out, handling some under the supervision of the owner. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing, friendly staff and interaction with the birds is allowed if you are willing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the visit and had fun feeding them. We will be back next time we are up this end.

Much more impressive than I was expecting. Heaps of beautiful parrots! You can feed them and hold them. The whole family had a great time there

Its a Bird Display & Breeding Centre that hosts approximately 300 birds from all around the world! Took my nieces & nephew (aged between 3 - 6) and they loved the whole experience of having either a baby cockatiel or parakeet perched on their arm & feeding the other 'parrot friends' they met as they explored the various aviaries! Final stop-off before we left was the kids playground that they have onsite & there's a small kiosk where they sell icecreams & cold drinks too!

We bought our Indian Ringneck Archie in November 2021. We got updates about his growth and health all the time when we put our deposit in. We were sent photos to see how he was going and he always was happy and doing well. He is now nearly 18 months and is a happy healthy little guy. He is very chatty and loves to talk. When he arrived off the plane he was in wonderful condition and not even stressed at all. You could tell he had been handled and raised very well. The Parrot Place takes great pride and love when raising their parrots. They also have amazing education on how to raise your bird etc.

Took the grand kids here and spent a nice couple of hours. You can hold some of the birds on your hand and feed others. Not a big facility but friendly and good.
