Conveniently located near entry and exit point to the motorway and near single. Plenty of filling station along with car wash and wild bean cafe inside the station. Public Toilet facilities as well and few parking space if you want to buy something after filling your tank. Snacks and drinks are available

I would give this store a 0 for Customer Service. The young girl that is at the cashier (believe she is new and always works in the mornings.. black hair- white with big hoops) needs to learn manners. Its rude to talk about other customers infront of customers. She never smiles either. I will be going to Z from now on. Thank you very much

Disgusting!!!I've gone here a few mornings in a row and had to take my coffee back as I've asked every time for extra shot in coffee and the lie about it.And it just happend again.If we pay for an extra shot stop stealing off people and saying you have made it properly when you havnt.The times I have taken my coffee back and complained they fixed knowing that had cut corners but they did it again.And it's the same person doing it every time!!

My partner and I had been in an car accident, and were waiting for a tow truck on the forecourt/car park of the BP for a few hours. The lovely barista (Lydia) came over and offered us a few hot chocolates and said I'm not sure what's happened but I hope this makes your day a little better". We were really touched by Lydia's act of kindness. Thank you."

Absolutely atrocious customer service by two women behind the counter.asked about donuts and got ignored didn’t say goodbye or hello just a dirty look. A real don’t care attitude here

Not surprised with the amount of bad reviews this bp has. My past two experiences have shown this. Customer service was very disappointing and i will be taking my company’s business elsewhere.
