I would not give them even 1 star rating.My wife went and asked for female doctor, waited for 2 hours and then is told there isn't any female doctor working until after another hour, a female doctor will come in. When asked why she was not informed earlier, they say they thought a female doctor was working. How pathetic. At the end her 2 hours was totally wasted and not seen any doctor.

Turuki Health Care is a great Medical Care. Staff there are so lovely . But they need to being the old doctors back. I went to for my appointment yesterday, saw a doctors there etc . To me he wasn't a professional doctor at all, I went in hoping to get some medication for my sides that was in pain for past 2 weeks now. He just did a rat test , n did some blood test etc. I wouldn't go back n see him again.

Sadly the demand with covid was causing chaos for the team at turuki so they were just physically unable to be of assistance as they were down team members also affected with covid & they tremendous outpour of people needing assistance so i was grateful the lady advised me there were well over 100+ registered patients still requiring help it would be extremely unlikely id be seen so i tried other places but usually they're a really people focused healthcare provider that cares for their community

Turuki you guys Rock!! Thank you for your exceptional service today in seeing my son. My son had Bronchitis we took him to Middlemore Hospital wasn't worth the 6 hour wait and left his GP Mangere Health center was fully booked until next week. So grateful that he was seen without notice today.

Trying to talk to someone on the phone on a Saturday was difficult. They said they sent my records to my email. I never received them. All they could say was sorry. I don't understand if Karyssa the clinical administrator can send me an email and I can receive it how come it doesn't work for the nurse who said she sent the record's. Check your system guys

I’ve been here since a child and they have always been great! The issue now is the booking system for same day booking. I call 8am on the dot and can never get through, I stay in line then get pushed to record a message and never get a call back. This is very poor, I’ve been unwell over the long weekend and was really hoping to get an appointment!
