Came to get passport photos done then got forgotten about while waiting for 10min,I had to ask if we we’re going to be served then had to wait for another 10min, also printed photos that were sent online then received a email to say they had been printed but when I went to pick them up the staff never bothered to check until I demanded them to check It and they were printed! staff are slack terrible management and customer service!

This branch now has the worst service and not how it used to be. The staff run away when customers arrive and queues form with one staff that does decide to serve. Be prepared to be here up to 20-30minutes minimum just for the printing service, general assistance and any form of store help.The dumb part about warehouse 'stationery' is that items you want to purchase cannot be purchase through the self serve on 'the warehouse' side in order to minimise customer wait times and queues.

went to go do a print of a poster and was absolutely appalled at the disgusting revolting customer service sissy cassidy was just watching me while i was standing at the counter and she was doing nothing while ol mate on the paper cutting was singing out loud ae sele shhh. We were doing a printing before 9:30pm (around 8:30pm) to which we were told to come back the next day umm hello false advertising sort it out now. Also mate at the counter tried charging me twice despite already paying just trying to get the benefits sole when we were finished i saw mate at the counter walk away with a large smirk on his face laughing with his co workers ae i’ll make you laugh not good enough.

Went to collect an order after receiving a click and collect confirmation with an order number, arrived to find that it wasn't in their system. Was told to re-order then ask for a refund.Waste of our time and money, still no result...Incompetent and annoying.

I was served by Cassidy, we printed some photos and they said it would be a 20min wait so after 20mins we came back just to get told that we needed to resend the photo. Rude customer service and she had an attitude . Literally almost started yelling at us, Wasted our time.

It says on their website that they open same time as the warehouse te rapa but went today and shut sign on counter said go to self-service checkoutCan't even keep to opening hours and going between 8am and 9am there not one person who can assist poor service. Need to update hours badly

Useless two attentees that work this morning shift..I ask, do you guys take passport photos, yes..waiting...I then ask, where can I take photo ...He pointed at the Module on the left..I went over the machine, I never used the kiosk computer plus I dont have installed photo in my phone. So I ask again, I want to take ID photo ..the young lazy girl said just use the KIOSK....Man...these lazy kids liestening to what Im asking...If you are lazy to attend to people ...quit..Dont blame lack of staff because I was there after 0900am..the shop just open and there are few customers..USELESS

Lazy lazy lazy two staff on counter. One was a supervisor - neither could be bothered to give anything that closely resembled customer service. Had to get a red team member to help in the end who was very obliging.
