My little sister went to get tests done and it was her first time so she was already terrified but she is also very young the lady that served us was extremely rough and extremely rude my sister was in so much pain from just a blood test alone and she still had more tests coming and the amount of pressure and strength she used was horrendous especially for a child she was not wearing a name tag but was extremely snappy when we asked any questions. People like this should not be working in Healthcare. To do this to a child is absolutely unacceptable.

Staffs are lack of customer service and rude, not all but most. 1 of the indian lady nurse was not even properly trained to perform CBC. They should hire experienced nurses with good attitude and good customer service.

We went for our 2 year old son for testing, we have worst ever experience in New Zealand, her first question was, why you come here if there is labtest near your area papatoetoe, I said our GP recommend here that staff was polite and nice, but she is F.. C.. sorry for my language, she has to resign from their job, she is not capable for her job, she has no professionalism, and want to sit on chair to do the job. Old bloody A..H..., she is not capable of getting 1 star rating, I never recommend to take your kids, specifically to that Old Lady. She is big big ZERO, I think, she has no kids

Staff lacking politeness and professionalism. Talked almost as if I had done something really bad to them. They have posters stating that all patients should be respectful to staff but the staffs behaviour would be quite provocative to many. They may have been having a bad day, but so do other people and it's not in their right to ruin it for others.

Never go to this labtest, they are racists. they refuse to perform blood test for my dad because he is an old Chinese man, even though they have blood test request sent to them. they still declare haven't received it. My dad then had to go to Botany labtest, they did it for him straight away.

Such good service, my little girl needed a allergy test and my husband was late to the appointment, they fitted her in on their lunchbreak. Very accommodating and easy to deal with !

Went for blood test at manukau centre on 30 May, lady named Templey was so rude to me as if I have asked her to give her kidney to me. Templey, u r not doing a favor to me by working at labtest but infact as u r not happy with ur job, it wud be a huge favor to society if u leave the job so tht smone with sm compassion can replace u. Labtest is not rainbows end where ppl go fr fun, obviously they hv sm issues or want to get smthng checked, so a little politeness wudnt hurt.

I went to this centre today for the first time and it wad an awful experience. I got a ? PI lady who did not have a name tag. She was rude and rough. She used big bore needles though it was clear that I had small veins. She poked me teicw without adequately preparing the site and then told me that another person will come to take bloods. She has left me with huge bruises on my arms. She is unfit to be working as a phlebotomist.

It gets super busy and wait times can take 10 mins (quickest) to 2 hours (my longest wait time).Had a varied experience with the actual blood test. Normally quick and painless. Unfortunately the latest one has been the worst... the lady had trouble finding my vein and used the big size needle which was very painful. I got an unnecessary jab that day. My arm also got a huge bruise mark.
