Snap Fitness 24/7 Lunn Avenue

Really disappointed with service experience after a couple of visits. I’m in Auckland to visit family over the holidays and my teenage son wanted to join a local gym whilst we’re here. I phoned Steve from Sydney at beginning of December and he said we could have a monthly membership. My son was super excited. Checked website for staffed hours and closures over Christmas. Rocked up on Boxing Day - people using the gym and spoke to Steve. He told me it was closed and I would have to come back 2 days later when it was staffed. He remembered speaking to me but I guess even when you’re the owner rules are rules. Turned up 2 days later and was told by a member at the locked door that staff member wouldn’t come and talk to me because staffed hours finish at 2pm. Even though website says 9pm. Wow if only I’d turned up 45mins earlier or once again how lovely would it have been to have a wow customer service moment when someone actually comes to talk to you. I’m only in the country 2 weeks and really disappointed as is my 14 year old. It’s not the Kiwi way I remember.

Great gym, super friendly staff nice people. never felt more comfortable in a gym. Equipment and machinery in top working condition. wide variety too. everything here to cover your typical gym needs. at a good price as well

Not much of a reviewer, but thought I would share. 9-10 months ago I joined Snap through the Lunn ave team after being in the country for only a week and I was instantly met with a kind and accomodating team who signed me up and got me into training straight away. During this period I had been the most consistent I had been in fitness in my life. I also began training with Brenda (Snap Fitness Personal Trainer) and was supported and was able to get fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Unfortunately, I had to fly back home unexpectedly and have had to cancel. I was able to cancel quickly with Steve and finish my 30day notice period. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for one, you can expect to be met with a friendly support staff. I intend to keep up the momentum now that I am in my home country with all the training learnt from Brenda. Just need to stay motivated!

Started training here in high school, spent a year down south and came back. Clean, fun, knowledgable staff and not busy. Hands down the best gym I have been too and don't expect to change anytime soon!

Love training here! Classes are fun and challenging. I have had lots of support from the staff there and have had 0 judgement. I now have a group of friends and family who are all training together here!

Awesome gym! Great facilities and not as crowded as other gyms in the area, so you can get in, work out and get on with your day. Perfect for our teen girls and we felt safe sending them to workout here. Steve and his staff are super welcoming and friendly, if you're on the fence, do it and sign up, you won't regret it!

Amazing place signed up 2 weeks ago going really well i can get on all the equipment and i did an consultant with one of the personal training called Nathan, just recently, he one of the new trainers Snap fitness has hired, he's really polite and makes you work for your money, he is coaching me through my triathlon in 2020 as he's did a few him self. highly recommend him he only has a few spots left so i was lucky to get in.just showing how free it is around 7am

Definitely recommend! I’ve been training there for 6 months and I have been given so much support. The staff is supportive and helpful and I would recommend Josh as PT!
