Realsure - Wellington

Avoid at all costs. I have used these guys and also been on the receiving end of there totally extreme and unrealistic expectations. They should be called 'Unrealsure'. I doubt there is any house in NZ or the universe that would meet or comply with Realsure's expectations.

Both Sarah and Bruce are lovely to deal with. Was very satisfied with their report. Only wish I got them in before purchasing the property - better late than never I guess.

These guys performed a building inspection on my property on behalf on a party interested in purchasing it. They suggested that there were high moisture readings and weather tightness issues in a certain area of the property.Less than 24 hours after being notified of the issue I arranged for a builder to inspect the area - long story short, after a thorough inspection, that involved removing gib, examining the roof space, surrounding area and exterior of the property, the area in question is drier than the Mojave desert. Unfortunately, during that time buyers backed out of the purchase based on the false information contained in the report they received from realsure.This caused me a lot of stress, for a short time I thought I had a serious issue with my property, it cost me the sale of my property and left me with a legal bill for correspondence between solicitors for a property sale that never eventuated.I was not the only one disadvantaged by realsures trash report, the buyers have now walked away from an excellent property under the impression it had weather tightness issues and will have a legal bill of their own to pay.

Fabulous company. I have had many prepurchase and a post new build inspection done. All reports are comprehensive, objective and contain solutions to identified problems to make it easy for the novice!
