I've been a member for months but finally went in and did a workout at the Body Combat class! Loved it...I certainly felt every muscle cringe and hurt but was so so worth the effort. The staff are friendly and our Task Master in class was a roaring lioness...great motivator! Will b back for more action and pain haha
