Blue wave motel rooms were clean and tidy. close to the beach. minimal road noise. staff are nice and friendly. perfect little room if you are staying a couple nights.

Perfect for a group of four or five, the unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet despite being a corner site. Plenty of space and handy to have the toilet and shower separate.The only hiccup was that our unit was not serviced after the first night and we had to ask for more towels, tea bags etc. They said it was a miscommunication but it seemed like a basic staff error.

Excellent place to stay! Staff was amazing, rooms were in great condition, and the walk to the beach was less than five minutes. Kitchen was full of new appliances and the bathroom looked almost brand new. Would stay here again, no questions asked.

love what the ownerd have done to the rooms. tidy and clean rooms. itd feels restful anf vrry peaceful. staff are pleasant and go out of their way to meet yout needs.

Owner is super nice, the rooms ok, old and musty smelling, beds lumpy and old, the bathroom is very old and needs desperate attention.. On the second night our beds weren't even made properly, so although owner is friendly the rooms are not great

Good value, great hospitality. Comfortable, and clean. I enquired whether they had any books, and they came up with a selection, telling me to keep my choice. Good folk, kind and genuine. Even surfboards available to borrow for free. Wish I surfed...

Stayed 1 night, room was older vs a mate who’s was renovated and a little more modern, but clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good value for money

Large unit, but quite old (cigarette burns in bathroom sink, mould on ceiling in shower, no AC, bed extremely soft). I was also surprised that the bed didn't get made or dishes done when housekeeping came through.Good proximity to the beach
