Fantastic lovely lady.Always Professional and efficient. She takes pride in the detail of her work which is why I go back to her every time. She also gives good advice on caring for nails and suggests the right colours. I love that I can txt at the last minute as it's hard fore to make set appointments but she is always able to fit me in last minute.Now......Dear DanielleI Don't believe your very one sided bad review...and yet you show a picture of a fantastic job of your nails. If you get your nails done they will never look exactly the same ....You must be new to Acrylic nails Danielle, if not than maybe new to actually paying for your nails in the real world that means the Person offering the service has a right to rectify what you believe wasn't right. I bet you didn't take those nails off meaning they were fit for the purpose you got them done for.One would say you took those nails without paying which is theft leaving before payment.If you have pictures of your night with you wearing those nails you owe Annie $75.Just something to think about before you put a bad review with a picture that shows the service you asked for was fulfilled without payment.

I’ve been going to Annie for a few years now and i’ve loved every experience. Not only is she super lovely and friendly, but also very professional and talented at what she does. I always leave the salon feeling confident about myself and loving my nails. Always an awesome experience and she has never ever been rude. She’s the best, and i’ll keep coming back for sure!

Annie is one of - no actually IS the best nail technician I have ever gone to. The fact that she can create art in the matter of 45 - 60 minutes whilst providing amazing customer service is amazing.Annie is LGBT friendly and has some of the best rates in the Waikato area putting customer satisfaction before profit.

Annie is so awesome and very talented at what she does - and she’s such a sweetheart. She’s very gentle and had tons of colours and ended up giving me nails even better than what I was picturing. I’m so happy with my gel extensions - would recommend her 100% !!

Got my 13yr olds nails done for her end of year formal. Which she was very happy with. Annie was very professional and very efficient. Booking was easy, communication was great and she was very accommodating when my teen changed her mind on what she wanted. Would definitely go again and highly recommend. It was the best result for our first time.

Thank you Annie for another amazing manicure with more great artwork.Have just read another review and am gobsmacked by this persons response. It’s a nail salon that you enter where after nails have been filed and prepped there is going to be nail dust residue. It’s a shame that Annie is a home based business and negative feedback that this person has posted is not right. I suggest when you go into town and pay double the price for rushed and rude service you stay there. Annie your a superstar and have and will tell everyone about your amazing service. Best nails in Hamilton, I've been a happy customer of Annie's for years! She always has a smile on her face and does an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. I booked a month and a half in advance for my ball nails and sent her photos of what I wanted. Two weeks before my appointment I asked her if she's got any appointments available for two as my best friends nail tech lady just had her baby and wasn't going to do nails for a bit which is understandable. She changed the booking times 5 times from 4pm to 12:30pm to 1pm then 1:30pm and then back to 1pm THE NIGHT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. After I politely told her I will attempt at going somewhere else as she was clearly not to do my nails considering her lack of commitment to one set time which was booked a month and a half in advance. She then agreed to keep it at 1pm. Went to my appointment and while doing my pinky finger she asked which one of us she was messaging and when I said it was myself she started filing very aggressively and hurt my fingers leaving my fingers tips bleeding. The design wasn't at all what I wanted and when I asked her to please fix them after having a panic attack outside because of the stress and feeling overwhelmed she then told me that I shouldn't be so fussy with my nails and I quote you white girls are so picky and my worse customers" I stood up and left absolutely fuming as I was gonna pay $70-$85 for nails I wasn't happy with.first two photos are what I got. Not one is the same shape
