Vehicle hire with Bargain Rental Cars was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we picked up the car from Auckland airport till we returned it to the depot. The shuttle bus drivers and counter staff were amazing people! Very friendly and efficient in what they do. They got us underway in no time. We were very pleased with our hired hybrid Toyota Aqua which was very easy to drive and very fuel efficient. We will not hesitate to hire our next vehicle again from Bargain Rental Cars when in Auckland. Jimmy and Louise Tang.

Friendly staff, especially the lady with glasses in her 40s. Picked up the vehicle hassle free; insurance policy was easy to understand; car was well gloomed and it looked awesome, couldn't believe it had over 100k on its odometor and I felt like I drove a new car. Cheap as always.

Excellent service! One of the ugliest cars I've come across (Ractis) but surprisingly reliable, comfy and spacious. Pity the stereo didn't work but you get what you pay for and our teenager got to listen to our singing a lot more.

Great quality car for the price. 2 week road trip around the North Island of NZ and the car didn't break down or have any trouble. Fits 2 adults with 4 suitcases comfortably. I was sceptical about returning the car at 2:30am but it ended up being super easy and convenient. The drop off was close to the airport with a free shuttle waiting for us. I would highly recommend using BRC.

I hired a car for 7 days. There was a minor issue that I found the day after picking up the car. I called the number provided at pick-up and was asked to take the car back to the Mangere office. Once I arrived, Tina quickly found a replacement car and was very apologetic. The entire experience was a breeze- from pick-up to after-hours drop-off.It was a pleasure dealing with lovely Tina, and BRC in general. The prices are fair, and the staff during both interactions were very patient, hospitable and happy to answer any questions I had.I will most definitely be booking with BRC the next time I am visiting NZ!

I rented a car for a 6 week holiday for my family of 5. Pick up Auckland and drop off Christchurch. Whole process from booking, confirmation, pick up, drop off, exceptional quality and comfort of vehicle and the low price was fantastic. It fitted a family if 5 plus all our hiking and camping gear comfortably. I can't recommend this company highly enough. The only thing 'budget' about it was the price.
