I am impressed with the friendly and personal service at Footloose Shoes. They have a wonderful range of footware and I always seem to find something perfect for my busy lifestyle running an art gallery. Today the manager hand delivered a pair of fabulous summer shoes. I love supporting great local businesses like this.

the most fantastic service from the ladies in this shop. I asked for something to be ordered in for when I next pass through Cambridge ( within the next 2-3 weeks time) , I received a call that they had arrived in and they will hold it for me. Absolutely fantastic service - thank you

Would never go back- was told i couldn’t try a shoe on if i wasn’t going to buy from them. The style i wanted wasn’t in store but was online i just needed to know my size. My mother was with me and was going topurchase a pair of shoes but because she was so rude we put everything back and will never return. She complained about being shut for three months…… well treating customers that way will never end in sales.
