Royale Indian Restaurant - Cameron Road
We went a few times for lunch and dinner. The place is nice and clean, has a lot of pics that we like, the food is amazing, and the service is great. We tried lamb korma, butter chicken, mango chicken, Kashmir lamb, and Bhona chicken.

Royale Indian Restaurant - Cameron Road
This is my favourite Indian restaurant in Hamilton. I have had takeaways and dine in many times and enjoy having both. I enjoying dining in as the atmosphere is relaxed and the service is great. The prices are also very reasonable and good value.The curries and the food are very authentic and are very delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was decent overall however this is what we received when we ordered Lamb Samosa. Having eaten enough samosas in my life, this was not a lamb samosa with not even a speck or taste of lamb in it. It was potato filing. The staff didn’t have a bar or it and insisted this is how they make their lamb samosa. Accepting the mistake was not on their menu!

My usual go-to for Indian takeaways was closed so decided to try this place. Would not try again.The butter chicken was 10/10 so if you're a butter chicken lover this place is for you. But the lamb vindaloo was awful - watery, bland and didn't taste like vindaloo. The palak paneer was average at best. Cheese and garlic naan burnt. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend for anything other than butter chicken

Best place for Indian cuisine in Hamilton - never had a bad experience. Staff are lovely and food is amazing - lots of vegetarian options and almost everything is gluten free.*** massive bonus is that the staff here are more than happy for customers to bring in their own containers to reduce waste too - very thankful that it’s easy to be a little more green with our takeaway options!

Royale Indian Restaurant - Cameron Road
I've been here many times over the years and always have great food. Reason for 3 stars is I recently dined in and there was zero vibe. You could've heard a pin drop. There were maybe 3 other tables being used and they were all trying to talk quietly because everyone could hear eachother. Bizarre. Every now and then you could make out some barely audible elevator piano music coming from the speakers. I asked if there was any chance of putting on some Indian music and was told the boss only allows them to play off a certain usb stick. Probably just keep buying their takeaways.
