Very busy when we first came during the day and we couldn't wait.Returned the next morning early and very quick service and very good skills from the phlebotomist - pain-free.

Staff are unfriendly and do not acknowledge patients waiting at the desk.The waiting period was over one hour. Not good service. Air conditioner temperature was set up very low or some “snowflake” option, many people was feeling extremely cold. And as a quick note: most of the people in the waiting room was over 70 years old.Using the “card system” is just an excuse to not hire more staff and completely ignore people. Terrible “help your self” system. Not fair for all those people that have to spend more than 1 hour.

The older Indian lady worked today was very unfriendly, she did not response greetings and did a very bad job at the needle. Not good hygiene that made me worried. Very impatient when answering questions regarding the result, Very unfriendly. Her colleague on the other hand helped me out professionally. I’d choose not to come here again just so that won’t be treated by the same Indian lady again. (No name tag on her uniform like others oddly)

Terrible experience. A nurse asked me if I mind she was a trainee. I said yes and I needed waiting a lot because nobody more was attended.

I have a huge needle phobia, especially for blood tests. I have had horrible experiences in the past, in hospitals and general doctors. I had a young nurse in St Heliers this past weekend who was so kind and gentle with me, I actually came out and said oh that not that bad! Just want to say a huge thank you to her!! She got out a small needle and made sure I was comfortable too - really appreciate it :)

The young Indian lady was friendly although had to went back for extra blood tubes as she thought one tube was enough for two different test. Also provided her with email beforehand but still waited 12 days then had to contact nurse to get the result sent because she forgot or mistook again :/ was not happy with the experience at all.

Amazing Alley who took my bloods never felt anything at all. Place was really lovely and had great sign work as well
