These guys are as pathetic as they come, work was very unprofessional and not thorough. Still waiting for them to finish the job since last November that they started. Also had to go back and redo plumbing work. Do not recommend this outfit to anyone.

Quick service to repair a single coupler for the mains pipe that was damaged in a hail storm. I asked for a quote and whether it could be fixed on the same day. Much to our amazement, 10 minutes later the job was finished to a high standard and the water was back on. Thanks team!

Requested a quote via their website. Had someone come round, they ended up doing a small job even though they said there are 3 options to quote. Then, without receiving a quote they charged me over $100 for the job I never confirmed. Now they have offered to send someone round to quote again...??? Very confusing and very misleading.

Booked someone to come and give us a quote to replace our shower linings. He never showed, even though we stayed home all day waiting. Rang and left a message to find out what happened, and no one has ever responded to my phone message. Slightly ironic that your tagline is Totally Dependable, as this was the opposite of our experience with you.

Enquired about getting a header tank leak fixed and was advised to convert to gas as we were planning on doing in the future, saved us money by not having to fix the header tank. Gas installed within a few days. Very impressed!

Charged 3 hours for 2 trips where the work could have been done on the first visit as it turned out. They were at the property an hour in total, add in travel time (5 minutes each way from my house).Called to discuss and was met with the office manager (who actually informs me he has no ability to resolve issues to do with billing but had plenty of waffling excuses and apologies). I was to be put through to director to discuss, but was clearly fobbed off as the office manager had talked to him and explained" the situation
