Jo was incredible! I was well overdue for my yearly ear clean due to covid and my ears were both starting to feel blocked. Jo managed to get everything out so efficiently! She is friendly, her space is relaxing, incredibly affordable and a super easy online booking system! Won't use or recommend anyone else from now on.

Wow. I can hear!! I had my first ever ear clean/suction at SoundSure and it was such a good experience, the place is so cozy, calm and professional - I will definitely be going back and telling all my family and friends about it ☺️

Had an ear Vaccume which was amazing! Then they mentioned they make fitted earplugs for surfing. They did the scan there and then and my plugs turned up a couple of weeks later!! I can surf again. Seriously amazing and friendly service.

I'm always searching for local businesses to support and when we moved into the area I was really grateful to find SoundSure in Papamoa. Did my usual research as I was having my ears cleaned previously by same person for over 5 years and pleased to advise that reviews and feedback were accurate and genuine. Overall experience was great and their selection of Lego is fantastic and certainly makes wonderful change when seated having your ears cleaned and checked. They are very professional yet on same hand very approachable and friendlyIf you need to have your ears checked & cleaned. Highly recommend SoundSure to offer that point of difference service5/5

My experience with Jo was great. The space was very comfortable, Jo was lovely and the service was seamless and efficient. Along with the website being easy to use, making booking an appointment simple. Would 100% recommend SoundSure to anyone and will be back myself.
