Went to look for a coat to buy but too much dust on everything.

Manukau Mall, poor customer service for a saturday early afternoon..rubbish fitting room with rubbish in it. Not going back & will tell all my mates.

Really clean store. Dealt with the manager, Andy. He really knows his stuff and is easy to talk to.

I bought pair of shoes and had a stain on one shoe I just wanted to exchange to new one. I did not ask for refund or anything ! But staff refused to help me out in exchamging a faulty product which they should change under the consumer right if the product is faulty. Customer service is Zero guy name was Antonio told he is the store manager he was so rude and keep on refusing to help. If he was the store manager he should know better ! Treat your customers right. At least give me option to exchange to another shoe i was happy to pay whatever the balance too. First and last time shopping here I was treated like a enemy who came to their store. Any other shop would exchange the item. Bad service never recommend to any person. Please give your staff customer servive training if you were working in Dubai you would never be able treat customer like this. I was working in retail field too we never treat customers like this. Tarocash Manuku need customer service training and consumer right policy training !! Don’t shop here.

The staff at tarocash need to learn what customer service/i customer care. Creating the right customer experience. Once a scale of 1 - 10, you get a 1 for a terrible terrible customer experience.I hope it gets better!

I am a regular customer of tarocash.... Majorities of clothings I purchase are from tarocash... M always being served with very friendly staffs... And for Matt, he has an excellent customer services which I liked the most about it.. Thanks Tarocash Manukau team for an awesome service.

Great when I walked into the store. The girl working was very helpful in picking out an outfit I needed.My go-to store for formal wear, quality clothing but the customer service had me spending.

Experienced bad customer service at Tarocash Manukau Mall. Went looking to find a suit for our son who has ball in December. The ladies totally ignored us and continued with their own personal conversation. When I spoke up about the service, I was responded with I should of asked for help. Totally unprofessional to have customer service assistance having a full on private conversation in front kf cistomers and being ignored. Felt like we were excluded from how we looked.

Bought few trousers and the sim came off, just passed 1 month , but staff refused to help. It is quality issue. Similarly belt was ripped opened within 13 months. You pay so much its better to buy from The warehouse and get better quality. Shame on Tarocash Management and staff.
