Danseys Pass Free Campsite
What a hole. Looked like a war zone. Dead mangled trees. No shelter. Obviouslt had large machinery here recently but couldnt even fix the track in almost damaged undercarriage of vehicle. DOC should be ashamed.

Danseys Pass Free Campsite
For a free campsite and just an overnighter before hitting danseys it was ok. The forestry 'efforts' have made it hard to find a level or sheltered spot. Watch underfoot and moving around in the dark especially as there has been a lot of bottle caps left around as well as sticks, stones and stumps.
