Giving one start because BP as a company handing over coupons for car washing saying that you get a free one for the 6th wash. The coupons expire in a month or so - what is the point?? If you do offer something like that try to make it worthwhile without making it just a marketing trick.Staff is good and helpful but BPs marketing department must be really willing to trick people like this.

Have just been served by the loveliest young man - sign says he’s training so could be new to the service station but he was extremely helpful, polite and an absolute asset to your team! Good job mate and thanks for the awesome service and yummy pie :)

This is my local petrol station and they make great coffees, but there is one particular older woman behind the counter who is consistently grumpy and short tempered and completely disinterested. I thought it was only my experience but judging by the reviews here on Google I see it is a common occurence. It's a shame, the place is otherwise really good, it ruins the good vibe, especially first thing in the morning when you fill up and grab a coffee to get the day started.

Whoever was making coffee this morning 24.6.23 needs to relearn how to! I travel past other BPs to buy 3-4 coffees a week from here, this mornings was terrible

Service isn't a strong point, even when there’s no one in store or waiting on coffees.For some strange reason there always seems to be plenty of staff on coffee & cafe duties rather than serving customers who have come in to pay gas.A lot of the time staff walk off between serving customers to do something cafe related that could of waited until the all the customers in line to pay gas have been served.Some of the staff are lovely and helpful & some need to learn how to smile and not bring their issues with them to work.We all have bad days and no ones perfect but greeting customers without the look of arrogance, seeing a customer waiting to pay but giving them a look or sigh as if they are inconveniencing you, or the blatant look of i don’t really want to be here, determines the difference in customers wanting to return or taking their business elsewhere.

Most Of the time, this service station is pretty good, but you need To change your hours on Google. It says twenty four hours but you are clearly not
