Multiple times the C4 cans have been stuck in the machine..you need to get a wider machine. Keys should also be left with CityFitness staff so the problem can be resolved instead of going through the rigmarole of leaving details for apparently this company to reimburse. Very frustrating

Logged a enquiry for a vending unit not dispensing to their info email address after calling in and being advised to email them all the needed details for a reimbursement. 4 days later still no contact has been made back or reimbursement to my account. Very poor customer service.
