I couldn't rate their service any higher. 12 years ago I purchased a hansgrohe shower head through them which unfortunately recently broke. Penny took my details, found my exact purchase invoice from all those years earlier, communicated with me what she was doing for me through a follow up phone call and remedied the situation.
