Chris and his team were able to squeeze me in for an urgent repair on real short notice, it took some nutting out, problem was sorted out and back on the road. Thanks guys for being so accommodating.

Asked to turn up here by my dealer to get mechatronic unit replaced. They didn’t even know I was coming, asked if they had ordered my part they weren’t sure. Felt very unorganised and slightly rude. Over a week of having my vehicle and no contact til I phoned a week later. Upon pick up he wouldn’t issue me a receipt as I was not paying for it the dealer was. While I appreciate that’s the law seems dodgy to me I’m not allowed any paperwork of what was just done to my car. He was very rude about it at this point. Before you say I’ve got the wrong place (like you do about all other bad feedback) I definitely don’t. If you’re looking for honest mechanics, Northridge in the lakes are amazing.

Awesome outfit for Europeans cars took my e36 there to get fixed! the quote was 200-300 dollars and it came out on the low side which is awesome when businesses do that! would recommend especially for BMW owners. I would go back again next time I needed work done.

Hmm I had a bad run here I took my audi in for an oil leak after service. They identified the oil filter was not tight enough so they booked it in to tighten and clean up the oil on the pan. $78 later it was a bad clean and the oil filter i could loosen by hand the oil got in my alternator and screwded it. I had to pay another dealer over $1000 for replacement ... not impressed !!
