My wife and I got gifted vouchers by my mother-in-law for Christmas. After initially replying to our email to book a time, 4 subsequent emails trying to get our massages booked in were ignored, and the vouchers expire next week. So not only did we not get the massages, the $$ were taken off my MIL but the vouchers not honoured. Ripped off!
