Had a terrible self check out staff member today. The woman kept staring me down like I was a thief, and kept checking up on me, she didn’t treat any one else like that in self check out. It was a truly belittling experience.

Amazing experience thanks to one worker named Maggie b. Just truly kind and helpful. Whenever I go to supermarkets, workers are usually rude and sulky to work, but she was truly a gem. I recommend going to her checkout.

Dec 2022It's always a pleasant shop when we go to New World Birkenhead, especially during the Festive Season. They always have those nice things that are just right for the occasion. This is a nice clean shop, pleasant staff which always makes our task a pleasant chore.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the experience I had on May 21 I had to come and order some sushi from the deli the young man who served me was called Angus and he was extremely professional when placing my order so I could pick it up the next day he went above and beyond to ensure I would have just the right amount of sushi ready in time for the event I was attending it was made fresh on the day and to a good standard we were really impressed with the product and the assistance that the staff member gave thanks for doing a great job and taking the stress out of my event A+++

Great layout, decent produce, friendly staff, found everything I needed, pleasant place to shop. Even found brakes on the back wheels of the carts so they don't take off when unloading the groceries.

Good location, heaps of parking all to itself, the store itself looks its aging. Went there on a Saturday morning after the New Year. Not all staff are friendly. Supervisors seem to be up themselves that they are too good to talk to customers but keeping chatting away themselves. Check-out staff are friendly(you can tell they are part time students). Would not return again unless I am in the area.

Perfect location, easy in & out if you are driving with ample parking.Huge variety of products with reasonable prices..My favourite is the Deli section, don't miss it..
