This is a good and reasonable sized warehouse under the Warehouse umbrella. Full assortment of their general range of products plus this also has some limited grocery products. Good friendly staff and service, plenty of general parking but inadequate parking for the handicap drivers, older people. Nice and close to the central shopping precent of Hawera.

Was a lovely place to shop with great staff and service. Now, with the install of self-service, you do not get acknowledged unless an issue arises on self serve. No greetings or farewells, even in a quiet time, staff only talk amongst themselves. Sad to see Hawera no longer has the great customer service it once had.

Was a great shopping experience had a lovely girl named trinity help me find what I needed even had the biggest smile on her face even after I watched some other worker with blue hair yell at her, lovely young girl trinity.

Staff are a mix and match of friendly or not, you get to know who is which. Depending on that alone you'll have a great time as the store itself is a great place even just to browse. Definitely recommend a visit.

Not a bad warewhare just needs to educate some of their staff with customer service skills...some give you the time of day and some don't...you work out who is who and go to them.
