3 days after I received the quote the lovely lady called me and asked if she can arrange the gas lifter to install the water softener. The man showed up early and finished his job very good and gave a really good tidy up after he finished. Very professional service! And now we can enjoy the nice soft water from the tap. If you want to get a water softener done. I will definitely recommend the Laser plumbing! 5 stars:)

Not impressed with this company. Hired them to come unblock a drain. Only went with them as they had a drain blaster, but was not told at the time they would charge a hefty $120 just for that alone, otherwise we would of gone with another company. Ended up paying just on $600 for a job that was not done properly. When I ring to advise I get a lady yawning in my ear saying they are on holiday and wont be back till 11 January, which is fair enough, but didnt get a chance to explain the problem to her as she just was not interested. Hired another company to come and do the job that they did not do properly. Charged $236 to do same job including the drain blaster. Job is now fixed no thanks to Laser, who did not even repsond to my email requesting a partial refund

I was very impressed at how quickly Laser Plumbing were able to help me. It was a terrible day - very stormy and wet but Duane stayed out in the weather to put in my new Infinity Gas. He even noticed my guttering was overflowing so cleared that for me. I was very grateful for his professionalism and service he offered.

We just had a new shower installed by Laser and they did a brilliant job. The man who installed it was the nicest chap you would ever meet as well. I tell you they bring professionalism to a whole new level. And if that is not enough the cost was extremely reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Laser Plumbing are efficient, friendly and accommodating. I needed a dishwasher installed that wasn't standard and that was done no problems. The plumber discovered a leaking pipe under the house and fixed this too. Very happy with service and happy to recommend.

Prompt efficient service, lady apologised in advance they couldn’t get out there the same day but the earliest was the following morning - I wasn’t even expecting service that quick! The two gentleman arrived on time and were thorough and well-mannered. Will definitely be using in the future!

I chose Laser plumbing to Come and install a new element for our Hot Water Cylinder. The Service was Fast, informative and respectful. Went over and above for our family, they plumbed our entire house, as well as solar install (works great), roof and fire install all signed of without a problem. As soon as the council heard that Laser were our plumbers they made the process much easier. Much appreciation goes to the entire team! highly recommended.

Duane was on time and pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the gas central heating he was fixing and was able to advise me about a more economical way to run it.

Called 0800 No and 06 No. direct when a leak in pipe in bathroom occurred, Spoke to two reception people. NO ONE CALLED BACK, waited several hours. So used Piping Hot Plumber instead, they turned up in 15 minutes of call
