Good deal on jeans and surprised with the Dad Fit option. Great for the older customer who does not want a skinny cut. Watch out for the difference in size, 36 baggy Dad fit and 36 Dad fit are not the same waist size. Helpful staff sorted me out quickly. Not just for the 20 somethings.

Shania was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful and made my experience at Hellenstien very pleasant. Especially helpful in finding things for partner and exchanging sizes that didn't work. First class customer service!

Great service from floor staff who went out of their way to help find our boys the perfect ball suit. The ball suit combo sale ended a week ago because ball season was over (not ours clearly) and managers wouldn't offer any discount on the suits even though we were getting 3 and drove an hr and a half to come to their store.

Went in there looking for a suit for my flat mate. Original we received friendly service however size options amongst the suites were few and far in between. We were in the store for over 1 hour waiting on staff trying to find sizes (and actually just waiting for staff to help us at all). We’ve had 4 different people helping us for beginning to end as they kept on disappearing, then we had to find someone else. The last girl seemed new, however she was keen on helping. Overall terrible and beyond slow customer service.
