The heavy-set redheaded girl who works here is so rude and strangely proud of it. The men who work here ignore the customers. Will never go back!

Had a lovely day with my partner. We had a voucher for Butlers café. Unfortunately my panini was extremely burnt on the other side (not shown) but other than that enjoyed my time. One thing I noticed was that you have to go and collect your food when the buzzer rings. Even though the prices are higher than a normal café.

Butlers Porirua is normally a great cafe for a hot chocolate, but in here this evening (third 25 Nov 21) team member was an absolute shocker.....if you want to know how to loose business, have a look at this one! Rude, grumpy, made us feel like our order was an inconvenience to her shift. And I think the straw that broke the camels back was when we suggested we sit in the butlers seating area....apparently she didn't want to do cafe service....when the drinks arrived she all but threw them at us....didn't catch her name, but has red tied back hair.

The staff member that took my order, Michelle was nice. The coffee is ok although fairly mild. Daughters hot choc was pretty impressive tho!

Hot chocolate was sooo small. In a glass tall cup which made the drink cold before I sat down to enjoy it.

First time customer my partner and I called into Butlers Cafe for a coffee. Quite impressed with the female staff who were friendly, happy and helpful. Great customer service and great coffee! However we weren't impressed with the tall male gentleman that was on his phone the entire time we were there. Quite unprofessional we thought.
