Nurses and doctors are fine, just never satisfied with the receptionists. When you ask them if they can book another appointment before you go, they will just ask you to book online on your own. When there are full staff sitting at the front they are all working on “something” which you can wait for 5 minutes. While they are working on “something” you line up and waiting, and somebody rude not lining up just walk by to the front desk and those ladies will still help.

The wait time on average on the phone is roughly 15minutes and I have called in five times asking to speak to one of the nurses. I have waited all day yesterday waiting for a phone call but nothing. So I followed it up the next day and this time I simply get a text message. The staff and nurses are extremely disrespectful and they simply do not care about patients and their needs. I feel like I am not being heard or treated, absolutely terrible.

I have been here 3 times now and I haven't been disappointed once. The doctors listen to your needs and don't do unnecessary tests. The nurse I saw today in the acute clinic was lovely, gave me some good advice and even a spacer for my inhaler as I did not have one.

Don't like the way this surgery operates now. High turnover of GPs. 2 weeks to get an appointment. If it's urgent they tell you to come into their urgent care" centre but then your sitting waiting for hours to be seen. It's like being at the after hours medical centre in the middle of the day at a medical centre that your enrolled in as a patient. It's not right. I'll be looking at moving to another surgery. Fed up with this one now. It's changed but not for the better."

This review is for Pedram. He's an amazing doctor,listener, and does his best to figure out the problem. He was polite and didn't rush. He's 5 stars. The office staff that I made my last appt with gets 1 star. I made the appt, the drive from Loburn in pain took over 30 minutes to get there, and they cancelled my appt while I was sitting in the parking lot outside the clinic.

Myself and my family have all experienced terrible treatment and service at this practice, several times. I'd say we have been too patient with this location and given too many chances, unfortunately it is quite difficult to find a decent family doctor in christchurch with the zoning system.From doctors, to front desk service, to their communication over the phone and through their online system, I have had too many messed up appointment times and poor treatment.I found this practice to be very defensive and unhelpful, with lack of empathy.

Compliments for the team at Wecare Wigram who I always find go above and beyond. The nursing team are very skilled! Their virtue team support is a very convenient option. The best Medical Centre I’ve been too.

Been going here for the past two year's service has not been the best met some amazing doctor's but when needing appointments with them you can never get one. The past year my 10 year old has been suffering with her ear's and kept taking her in the first doctor told me it was an infection but clearing away wasn't prescribed any pain meds for her. Kept taking her back for the same problem and Doctor something Co of of them when i asked for a referral to the DHB said he can't give me one if i have medical insurance he can help? I work at the DHB before in the ENT department and could not understand why i could not get a referral for my daughter as this has been a recurring problem that they cant help with. she has been taking paracetamol everyday day since as we keep going back and same outcome no help. She gets so sick all the time gets headache's, sore ear's and feels dizzy often or light headed. Yesterday 10/05 I called to get an appointment they said to wait 12 days for her to be seen by a doctor. I said this time its worse she needs a doctor as the pain is all on the outside of her ear above her cheek bone no longer just inside. was told to come to the walk in clinic they will get a nurse to check her left work got there about 4pm. saw a nurse assistant who said she will triage her to see a nurse till 17:25pm hadn't seen anyone place was empty nurses had been leaving since 5PM we had been the only patients sitting there till i told reception I need to go as i was with my baby waiting for so long. their service was terrible was told it goes with urgency but couldn't understand what urgency as the place was empty.

Have been registered to this doctor for a few months now and have to say the best healthcare system i have ever been registered with. Madison the nurse at Wecare Wigram is absolutely amazing, She has been amazing and cares about her patients. All the other GPs and Nurses are amazing as well, never been to a doctor who has cared and shown care about their patients. Thank u so much We Care
