Unfortunately, the worse customer service ever. I feel like a nuisance when I enter and wait at the counter for someone to serve me. I stand at the counter wondering if perhaps I'm wearing an invisibility cloak?Staff member glances at me but does not acknowledge me. When I finally get to order, at least 20% of the ingredients in the salads are unavailable. Very sad.

Constant issues here, rather entertaining. First mobile app offline so can't order for collection. Then app working but starting a 175min delay for pickup! Then finally get the other in only to arrive at the store.. guess what? The smoothy I ordered is out of stock?? Huh? Oh and only of nearly 10 are currently in stock. Blimey!!

Update 10/10/22: Still a meh experience. Half of the ordering kiosks & TVs not working. App is still unstable with frequent shutdowns and errors. Touch screens not as responsive as they should be. Ah well.Update 03/01/22: COVID aside, service is meh. Product often leaks from the lid making it messy From a food perspective does not offer vegan options (apart from smoothies).Previous review: Long wait when ordering as the store always seems to be short-handed. Store is always clean and staff are friendly once you get to meet them.

Me and my partner went in around 1pm today. We used the machine to order, once we went to pay the total amount due displayed on screen was about $20 for 2 smoothies, as usual for a large. I used paywave to quickly pay. When my order was ready he said I had paid for 3 drinks and it said on my bank statement also about $30 was taken, that amount was not shown when I paid. The guy never offered me a refund as he already made the drink! even though the machine had charged me extra. Note: the machine next to it was out of service so tank please fix your customer service and your machines!!!!

Nice and Clean place, my daughters smoothie was made very fast. My only thing was when the lady at Customer service could not be bothered taking our order. Not friendly spoke to us like she didn't want to be there.

Staff didn’t acknowledge the weekly special for all berry. I was denied the discount as store staff said the promotion had finished but It says online the promo finishes Sunday. Staff said due to them being closed tomorrow they ended the promo today. They also were closing at 3pm but online time says store closes at 6pm. Drinks were awesome but customer service was terrible.

Came into the store at 5:47pm placed my order on an automated machine, paid and left next door to get some sushi. Came back a two minutes later only to be told they aren’t taking anymore orders and offered me a refund. Clearly I wasn’t happy as their opening hours stipulates 6pm. Another 3 customers were told the same thing upon their return and reluctantly accepted a refund.It looks to me like the two guys were more interested in getting home early then doing their job properly. As a business owner myself I feel for the guy who has invested in this branch only to be ripped off by a couple of guys who couldn’t care less.
