Just Cuts

It deserve zero star. Stay away from it, and don't even try them! The stylists are so incompetent compare to other competitors.I took my 6 yr old son for a hair cut around 2:30pm , as my favourite hair stylist in another saloon was not available. I had some ok experience with Justcuts before, thought I might give it another go. I went in the Glenfield store, two stylists were giving hair custs to two old ladies. I was welcomed by the guy, was told it wouldnt be long, so I patiently waited with my son, even we were still in a rush. There was another asian stylist in the shop in and out, guess she was on her break. After at least 20 mins, when both hair cuts were done almost the same time, then they started to do the cleaning, the gears, the table, the floor by blowing off hairs all over, then swipe the floor. My boy had already lost his patience, jumping up and down. They really really took their time, did it slowly, chit chatting. didn't even care we had been waiting so long with a young child. I said excuse me? we are here waiting" the lady explained

Got my hair cut, very pleased that they listened to my requests, she was very meticulous.. a little bit too cautious but we got there in the end. I booked in when I walked in, and they messaged me when it was my turn.. I appreciate being able to shop and know I won't miss my alloted time. Good job ladies!

A huge thank you to Bianca for coming to the rescue and making my daughter leave the salon with a smile again. My daughter had her beautiful long hair hacked by a stylist" who did not pay attention to her request and consequently left her feeling traumatised. Apr 2023This is the second cut this year and we have the stylists are very skilled in the work and make you feel comfortable. Being early in the morning make see you achieving a nice cut without the need to go on a wait list which, should you have to is not that difficult as they will text you when your appointment slot is avilable. Had the most amazing experience here. My daughter (2) needed her first hair cut. They were beyond accommodating, from giving me a piece of hair to take home to holding a phone up playing frozen to keep her calm. Keep up the good work!

I am flabbergasted that in this day and age employers are allowing their employees to endure these appallingwork conditions. Looks like a blind person cut our sons hair, uneven bowl cut. They did say to bring him back to fix it but when we did go back the only person in the shop was the same lady who cut our sons hair the first time. He had to be picked up from school early Monday as he was so upset after being teased about his bowl cut" Have had to take him elsewhere to get it fixed

Apparently, that’s called layers as per just cut’s staff. Wow
