There is a drainage team working near my house at the moment. The attitudes of the staff have been fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly, doing everything they can to be conscientious of residents wants and needs. A truck driver even got out in the rain and helped when he saw me struggling with two rubbish bins and an toddler.

Never actually dealt with the company but this driver apparently doesn’t know the road rules that you aren’t allowed to park in driveway blocking the entry/exit to a car park. Would give 0/5 if I could
