Jean and her team compiled a custom new baby gift goodie bag for me with a lovely assortment of gifts for baby, mum and dad. It was beautifully packaged in artistic Kiwiana baskets and finished off. I ordered two Christmas gift boxes to be delivered to two clients on 14.12.17 but I mistakenly put same address for both clients. I called to cancel one of them and asked if they need the order number/invoice number for reference, the lady over the phone said no need, she thought it was duplicated and confused what to cancel as she was only looking at the delivery address not the receiver and finally, after almost 10 mins, she figured out it by searching the INVOICE NUMBER, why don't you do it at first place? I never had this hard experience to cancel an order before! Your system needs to be upgraded too for the courier option and the delivery date( please deliver the gift on the date I requested!) Thanks!

I got my order in late for next day delivery and it was a weekend, but Cynthia contacted me and explained that they were heading that way for personal reasons and personally delivered the parcel for me! Thank you so much for the beautiful gift basket I purchased for my future daughter in law. She and my son lost a baby last year and now are expecting a dear little girl very soon. Worst customer service ever experienced. Won't touch this business with a ten-foot pole again. Ordered on Wednesday 1/11/2017 for delivery on Friday 3/11/2017. Was promised next-working day delivery. Got emailed on Saturday 4/11/2017 that they couldn't deliver, and could only deliver on Tuesday 7/11/2017. The dispatch lady that I spoke to today, Susan, told me off for not reading the website properly - when I asked her what I misread - she couldn't point it out on the website. Rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this business.

Customer service is definitely a 10/10 for me, went above and beyond to make sure i got my giftbox and in time. Giftbox i recieved was as beautiful in person as it was in the photo. Highly recommend to all! A very huge thank you to Jean and Sue, apologies if I have your names mixed up.
