Loud music couldn't think so left and went to Mitre 10. Great service there. No loud music

When I walking around trying to find what I was after n there was a lovely man asked me what I'm after so told him what I want n he went n got it for me. I work at a supermarket n I love helping out customers that are nice n polite. It goes both ways u polite n be respectful n hopefully they will be the same. I really hate rude customers n rude shop assistants. But yes very good experience.

Staff are usually very good. Occasional bad apple but most are pleasant enough.Plenty of stock to choose from and usually always well stocked. Prices are alright and there's a place to sit and have a drink whilst the kids play in a small (yet sparse) play area

Great prices are not always the best for the buck but you need to be sure you know what you want...or more what you need to do that job your there for...

Love heading to Bunnings when I want to do some DIY, I can usually find the cheapest finds here and find what I need every time. The cafe although small served really nice food I enjoyed for morning tea. Even had some foods on clearance for $1 what a bargain! Awesome customer service too :)

It's a impulse buyers dream/nightmare at Bunnings everywhere! I challenge you to go in there with 1 thing in mind & not come out with a bunch of other things you forgot you couldn't do without! Plus they do a mean coffee & the occasional sausage sizzle....

I had an order that got lost through transit, emailed the delivery company with what felt like a million messages just trying to get some kind of proper response to where my parcel was lol I emailed bunnings porirua and spoke to some lovely people (Gemma and Kaitlyn) that made me feel like they were going above and beyond to help me! They sent a new order of what hadn't arrived, and were keeping me up to date with everything they could track on their end! Definitely was the juicy little cherry on top when they also sent me some free seeds and refunded the shipping price on their own accord! Really awesome people :) and not just because of the free stuff and refund hahaha my favourite thing about bunnings is walking through and looking at plants and pots to feed my massive obsession with gardening lol but it makes it even better when you come across such awesome customer service! Keep doing what you're doing!
