Sorry can’t remember his name but the plumber was very prompt and arrived within a couple of hours.He was very aware of the gate restrictions of our two dogs which was one less worry for me.The problem was fixed fast and efficiently would definitely recommend.Nice bloke too.

Very prompt and professional service in both planned jobs and emergencies. Eddie came up with a creative way of solving a sinking tap problem and had a part made specially for the job. Good communication and punctual.

Eddie came and installed new drains & pipes for our kitchen sink. His workmanship was excellent! Definitely great value for money and we would use him again to install our gas hob when it arrives! Thanks so much Eddie! We are now enjoying using our new kitchen! ☺️

Eddie is a very nice guy. He helped us to replace the shower mixer. It's not an easy job because my one is very old. Eddie is very patient and did a great job. Excellent service, highly recommended!

We needed a plumber during the lockdown period. We contacted Adam of Aquasmart, ( who we have used before),e was unfortunately busy but realised that we needed the work done fairly asap and so referred us to his brother Eddie. What a lovely man ! I had called Eddie as I had a recommendation from the family. Eddie is really friendly and was prompt to arrive. I had an issue with the water pressure for a house I just moved into. I did the usual checks with the council water pressure and the house pressure but nothing seemed to change it from just over dripping power. Eddie quickly identified the problem with a pressure valve by the house, replaced it as it was being repair (he kept to show how bad it was and there was no way I wanted our drinking water going through that) and it's been magical since. He set it to the right pressure, showed me how to adjust it and also conveniently fixed a shower rail he didn't feel was correct. Top service and would easily use again. He replaced a hot water cylinder with instant gas from the family member I got the recommendation and did an amazing clean job with that one.

Eddie is a bloody legend, he was the only plumber we could get hold of on a Saturday to come and fix a leak. Highly recommend and wewill definitely use him again.

We have a building in Whangaparaoa, which is too far for our usual plumber to travel. We found FloTech while searching the internet and was drawn toward Eddies rating and comments by other customers. Eddie has just completed a reasonable size job for us and we are very pleased with everything from start to finish.
