Previously spent thousands of dollars here fitting out our entire house with curtains and tracks etc. A few years down the line when a couple of their custom made tracks failed it became apparent upon inquiry that we would not only need to get a completely new style of new track ( as the old ones are now obsolete) but also get the relevant curtains modified to fit the new style of track. But this store told us quite bluntly they they are not prepared to help at all unless we are prepared to buy all new curtains. Great way to treat those who spend money with you. Very mean spirited

The excellent and helpful service from the lovely ladies at Palmerston North. They were very patient and helped me to make the right choice of curtain tracks. Despite having to get them from another store that was no problem for them to arrange it and delivery to the Palmerston North store was quick and they even helped me put them in the car. I have always brought from Harvey furnishings and will continue to do so. The new location is great as well easy parking. Great team great company. Thanks Harvey's

Enquired about custom curtains for my new home and was told a 14 week wait to get curtains! Almost felt as though they did not want my business - I have since purchased elsewhere and had it all done in under a month. Would not recommend if you are wanting a good timeframe.

All I can say is WOW , customer service supreme. Bought ready made curtains, asked for little extras to be done with these, not a problem. Happy to help out with whatever i needed . Emailed and then rang to say curtains were ready within a week. Would have paid a little more to have the quality of product and true customer service this store shines with

First off, had a blind made to measure, and when it was ready never had a call to day it was ready. Also I was going to have more blinds made, but after the poor service & lack of information supplied at time of order, this company then advises they would charge extra to have blind fitted. Even worse they have made turning toggle to fit a house length which does not fit my space as it is too large, and hanging cord is way too long. They have not taken the time to custom fit measurements for my window requirements..i am furious I will be taking my business elsewhere and would never advise using this company to friends and family

Really unimpressed with customer service over a part no longer needed. Only 2 days later a friend made up the part. But NO refund siting it had to be sent away for. Yet at time of payment was told could be 2 weeks coming. Ended up with a large number of curtain hooks. Will not be going back there!

I recently had some custom made curtains done from here and they were transformative in my home! Great range of cushions and throws too. Store is older but the ladies working here are always smiling and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
