Clean, tidy wonderful staff member who served me. Was raining heavily outside, and being Waitangi day,everyone was helpful. This can be very intense with everything going on in store. From the Covid checker outside to everyone inside thank you from a tried traveller.

I know the staff, they are great, but the shop has limited product range now. No decent coffee, actually product diversity is diminishing daily. I refuse to shop in Keri Keri. I would like to shop locally, but with diminishing choice and quality, I would rather ship in from Moore Wilson's in Wellington. I can count on quality there.Meat is superior cuts, etc.Waitangi is sad, compared to my last Newtown shop. Stop fobbing off inferior product up here.

Excellent little supermarket with a fairly comprehensive range. Helpful and pleasant staff. Ample parking and very conveniently situated. A short level walk for boaties coming ashore to stock up on supplies - and a Caltex Service Station opposite for petrol & diesel.

I was on holiday in Paihia and when I got home I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I immediately called Countdown and the customer service was excellent. They sent me the wallet. Thank you very much for the service. Such friendly people make New Zealand a unique place.

A typical Countdown with overpriced products and no other place to shop other than the local 4Sqr which is even more expensive and or to drive 30min to Kerikeri to New World. No other choice really.

Ok but has no deli, variety limited for such a big chain. Bit pricey considering. Staff are friendly n assist if needed online pick up n go is very good bar their pick of fresh produce for your order, veges and fruit always look like they were the ugly ducklings of a good bunch. Has not really had store upgrade in last 10yrs. Compared to Keri cdown ...Paihia cdown is certainly lacking in food selection , deli, variety.
