Just recently bought a car from this dealer. Fantastic service, the whole team is working well together. Quick response on the phone and email. Car delivery outside of Auckland was offered as well, which was very handy for me. I’ve had a minor issue with a car that I didn’t notice when I got it, but it was dealt with by the dealer straight away.So highly recommend this place.

You are lucky I am giving you 1 star!The sales person could not believe that a woman was wanting to buy an AMG, and kept reminding me what sort of car it was. As if I didn't know which car I had driven all this way to see! He didn't even answer the one question I asked him, instead asking why I would want to drive a sports car, and saying he thought it was for my son! Before walking off and not being seen again. Have been to so many car dealers in my life and that was outright the worst customer service yet! Do better!

Very impressed with these guys; the X5 I just purchased seems in great condition throughout, pricing was reasonable, purchase process was efficient and friendly, they present their vehicles beautifully and they've been immediately responsive and helpful in regards to the one small after sales support issue I have had.

I flew up from wellington for a great vehicle, great price ,and awesome service , they even offered to pick me up from the airport !!! I would definitly recommend chatting to the team if your looking for a good car at a fare price

Purchased a car from Infinity Autos last week. Ahren and Yvonne were great to deal with and would recommend their business to anyone. Good after sales also, Ahren was able to help me out with a couple of things that I needed resolved. Process was really quick and easy.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this car dealer. I bought a mercedes benz at the end of last year and it started to have problems not long after I bought it ie engine lights turned on with no reason, windshield stopped working and now suspension problem. I'm so frustrated as I've spent huge amount of money to buy this car and when I talked to the salesperson who sold me the car about the engine light problem, they did not want fix it despite the warranty still active but instead they sent me to a workshop JUST TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE LIGHT WITHOUT FIXING IT. FYI I've only owned the car for 4 months now therefore I am overly disappointed that the car has so many problems in such a short period of time. Not worth it at all, and not recommended for anyone to buy from this place.

Amazing 5 STAR service provided by Ahren and his team.Purchased Audi A1 in June 2023 with interaction with George & Ahren. Smooth & seamless transaction.Off-course we can buy from any place, what I like the most about Infinity is the level of Service even after the sale. Had a small issue with the external body of the car and Ahren quickly committed to it and taken care of.I will strongly recommend the services from Infinity.
