We highly recommend Dr Emily Ryder. She is very professional and thorough. She identified skin cancer in a family member swiftly, and has done a very neat job of cancer removal.

Really happy with my experience with Dr Ryder. She wasn’t rushed and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. Felt supported. Absolutely recommend.

This is not a professional clinic at all. There is only one specialist in this clinic who is rather hopeless than collect your money. All she has is a laptop and a cryotherapy bottle. The medication she prescribed is no different from my GP.I don't recommend to anyone.People really need to watch out this kind of practice on the market. It is a trap.

Came across this place on a whim but very glad I did. I have been seeing Dr. Ryder for a couple of months now and she has really helped me with getting my eczema under control. Emily's approach is gentle yet effective and I would totally recommend her to anyone seeking dermatological advice.

I felt like I was walking onto the set of Nip Tuck, such was the opulence of the surrounds. This is a real dermatologist ... not one trying to sell you beauty cremes on the side. I was grateful to receive an actual diagnosis today - unlike the last dermatologist who simply told me to use more moisturiser.

The clinic is SO unprofessional and I am so beyond disappointed with the service I received. It is quite literally impossible to get in touch with anyone who works there; this is NOT ok as I was put on medication by the head dermatologist (Emily) and I cannot get any care going forward it seems? Receiving this treatment at a private clinic is disgusting in Remuera of all places. I am more than happy to pay whatever the cost for good treatment; go elsewhere I urge you. The receptionist Louise is hopeless, never answers calls or replies to any emails sent. Any positive reviews made for the clinic are likely to be friends of the owners. Due to being unable to contact the clinic I have been forced to stop my course of treatment and will register at another clinic. Absolutely unacceptable; GO ELSEWHERE!

Found dr Ryder kind gentle and very easy to talk too. Was kind of scared going into a place I had never been before but the setting was amazing.I didn’t feel rushed or pressure put on me.Would recommend

Dr. Ryder has a wealth of knowledge on pretty much any dermatological condition under the sun. And not only does she know what works and what doesn’t, she takes care to get to know her patients and recommend a course of treatment they will actually tolerate and follow. We really appreciated her calm and professional manner of explaining underlying causes of our daughter’s condition, and the fact that she then recommended treatment that resolved it without stressing a 3 year old. The 3 year old said that Dr Emily was “clever and kind”, so she is personable to both children and adults. Dr. Ryder is definitely the one to see if you need a dermatologist in Auckland.
