Great vehicle and extremely competitive rate. Definitely an advantage dealing with a locally owned business. From the time of booking to the return of the vehicle the whole experience was brilliant. Special thanks to Melissa who handled everything from the booking, pick-up and drop-off arrangements and kept me informed throughout the process. And to John for meeting me at the airport both upon arrival and departure on Boxing Day following a late change in flight dates. I thoroughly recommend Ingham Rentals and will utilise their services in future.

The customer service is brilliant. The vehicle was comfortable safe and affordable to hire. I also had to extend the hire but the team in Taupō were very helpful and had it all sorted out within a matter of seconds. Thanks again.

Ingham provided excellent service. The vehicles we rented were modern, clean and in 'like new' condition. The connection with our airport flights were seamless and easy. Great company to deal with and will definitely use them again.

The service of this car rental place was amazing. Melisa was very responsive and helpful. The car we rented was of a good quality and in good condition. They even organised a drop off out of working hours on the weekend to suit our schedule. Many thanks to John for dropping us off :)
