VERY hard to get any account information out of.I have rung them several times and they promised to get back to me with the information I asked for. Have been waiting almost 12 months for them to call and have given up months ago. Will NO longer deal with them if they treat customers like this. Reluctantly one star.

I have been trying to call this company for over 2 weeks now and no call back I have been trying to stop my payments for my laptop I have been paying off and would like to get a refund but instead this company has been ignoring my email and calls. This company doesn't deserve my money!

Don't deal with this company same as other people poor service to customers treat people the same why do some people give 5 star and others like me 1star customer service lady who usually answers was rude when she told me my account was paid yeeh haa finally stuff you buzz value useless people no respect

It's ok, don't like the fact when I ring, I always get. You have called us out side our business hours even though it's way after 9. An my things don't always get to me.

I'm calling them right now and its 9:46am to see what's happening with my items im suppose to get 3weeks ago but I get an answer machine saying they don't open from 9am to 5pm!!! Ummm it's almost fckn 10 o clock mate

Deffinetly a company I won't bother with or buy off again , it's taken so much times to get ahold of yous , it's been almost 2 months since I've called yous about my refund and I still haven't received the payment and the customer service people are very rude! jus be aware that the cancelation fees are over $200 maybe even more .

I am quiet disappointed in them. They ripping me off. I can't seem to get intouch with the Secretary. And i have been paying on time and still the service is so not satisfactory. I so take back the good words i wrote about them.
