I had to pop in post buying a new phone from Vodafone next door as they were out of screen protectors.The service in your store from the amazing guy who looked after me was like night and day compared to the lacklustre below par service I got next door at Vodafone ! It made me regretful I had not taken by business sparks way. The guy who served me was named Joshua and he checked to ensure I knew my new phone had no charging cord and checked to see what other accessories I may require .. he also gave a whole lot of excellent advice about how to set up my new phone. So great dealing with someone who cares about their job. I got none of this expert service with my $2000 purchase next door.

I recently bought Galaxy Buds2 Pro headphones, but tried to return them within the legal timeframe after finding out that their companion app wasn't compatible with Apple devices. This app is crucial as it enables the find my earbuds" feature in case of loss. Despite only using the earbuds once

Couldn't put on a screen protector lolz, charged me $50 failed once and then said the boss said could you please do this yourself. If you can't put a screen protector on may aswell close up shop. Outrageous.

Really nice and helpful staff.I think the store is lacking staff. There sometimes can be 10 customers in the store with only 3 staff. It can talk quite a while.Otherwise great store layout and great service. Would come again to pay my bills.
