I recently purchased an Epson Bulb directly from this company less than one month ago, three weeks in the brand new bulb blew. The after care service has not been helpful at all, they do not want to admit there is a fault with the bulb and tried to blame the projector. They will not claim a warranty and have told me that i need to deal with Epson directly. I will never be using their service again.

I have since realised that the original price was indeed the same as the bulb we had to purchase to replace the faulty bulb. (my mistake). So I will retract my statement regarding the price.
