Great fun on an e-bike that you can rent at the end of the road just before the walking / bike track. Can get busy on the track but you shouldn't need to hurry. Take ear plugs (seriously) especially on a windy day because the views are fantastic but the wind in your ears is exhausting. Enjoy.

Would have been better if the website details had no dogs" more obvious - didnt find out until we got to the park. Checked out the website again when I got home and it was buried under several links."

On a calm day it's a lovely, if it's windy and you're unprepared or with kids, I'd say don't go.

It’s a superb bike ride down the coast from Eastbourne to Baring Head, where the historic lighthouse stands. There is only open ocean all the way to Antartica. On a southerly weather system the air is so super clean it’s captured for scientific analysis.
