A nightmare! Bad product, disastrous serviceVery briefly:1.) They sold an inferior product.2) The service employee is extremely unfriendly and is NOT interested in the customer.(Not to be confused with the guitar specialist. He is competent and friendly).3.) The first repair attempt of the sold -always still new- product did not work.4.) They try again, at a better" repair shop. Why did they first try at a not good one :-) )?5) The employee had promised to send a mail. But then he did not think it is necessary.6.) It begins the second week

My old piano teacher recommended this place to me and I can see why. The staff are very helpful and friendly. When it comes to getting a new lesson book, they always have exactly what I am looking for. I have never come out of there empty handed. Just like my old piano teacher, I would gladly recommend this place to others.

Always great service and if they don't have what you want they will find out where you can get it. Sadly new people running the shop are not so good and actually can be very unhelpful and rude. My original revues was a year ago before business changed hands.

Music works is my favorite music store of them all. They've been way nicer and friendly than any other music store I've been too. The other music stores are not friendly. I love music works very much, I suggest this store.
