Vicky Harris has been my property manager for a couple of years now and I have found her service to be excellent. My properties are well managed and the tenants well chosen. The tenants are happy under her care and also receive an excellent service from Vicky. She responds quickly to any tenancy or property issues and manages the maintenance of my properties through her network of excellent trades people who provide quality service at reasonable rates in an expedient fashion. Inspections are regular and thourough and Vicky provides me with a comprehensive report on every occasion. Vicky handles the all the rents, payments and statements to me efficiently and I believe my trust in her to care for my investments is well placed. I would not hesitate to thouroughly recommend Vicky at Pukeko Property Management to any other landlord and investor.

Vicky is a real professional with a deep knowledge of the rental market. She did the appraisal and provided me a rental estimate with specific comparison properties from my area so I could see the context. The report was excellent and to the point. In addition to this though she also shared her knowledge of the market context and risk with me and gave me a good idea of what I would need to do to get the property ready. On top of this she was happy to share contact details for people she uses regularly to prepare properties for rental. This was also really valuable. 5/5 Vicky.....very very professional and valuable.

Vicky Harris not only helped me find the ideal rental, but she has consistently gone above and beyond to help me settle in. She gave me excellent advice regarding obstacles in leaving my previous tenancy and setting up home in our new place. For example, last night my 7 year old accidentally locked us out of the toilet room. She answered her phone when I called her in the evening and organized a locksmith to get here asap: not an easy feat late at night during lockdown! Vicky is extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable about everything 'rental!' Easily the best property manager I have ever dealt with. Thanks Vicky!

Vicky has been managing two properties for me for almost five years now.
