Called in an hour after the kitchen had closed, chef didn’t hesitate to fire up the oven and cook three hungry lads an amazing plate of blue cod, chips and salad.Thanks very much!!!

Stayed in motel. Didn't get to the tavern. Hosts are great, so busy with motels, hotel, grocery store and post outlet.

Ollie has been one of the nicest people we’ve ever met on many of our motorcycle trips around the South Island over the last 20 years’, nothing was too much trouble for someone that virtually run the general store the wholesalers, the pub the restaurant and the motel single-handedly and still had time to sit down and have a chat. Have a drink with us and see us off the next morning with a photos to boot.
