Professional teachers and learning environment, would definitely recommend!

Our daughter (between age 8-10) attended lessons with Cecelia Kwak for over a year. She learned alot during this time but we unfortunatly didnt agree with the tutors style of teaching. Twice our daughter came home crying because the tutor had expressed their frustrations while teaching by slamming pencil on the book, loud sighing or raising her voice when a mistake was made. On another occasion she cut our daughters nails without asking consent or letting us know she was even going to do this! Pre covid pandemic we (parents) were allowed to observe but post pandemic only the child was allowed to go inside the house. We paid $42.50 for 30 min lessons and from 2023 this was changing to $45. The teaching style and level of professionalism needs to be improved!
