Helped me into my first home and a good fair deal with my adverse credit rating...also found very helpful and willing to aid in any situation just need to communicate with them

Yes Bluestone accepted my loan but on a floating rate … my interest rate is now double the banks floating rate - I can’t fix it. My loan has gone up nearly $1000 a month in about 15 months - they have now taken the payment made for June in May and are going to charge me the reversals fee a difference of about 100. I got a text to say what the payment was going to be then they tried to take a 100 more … so there wasn’t enough - this is a difference of about 2 days from receiving the text to the money coming out… I cannot wait to be away from this lender … 11.15 % now … and they’re “there to help the ones who have difficulty” … they make it more difficult for a single parent with a mortgage - don’t ever go here if you can help it. Fees fees fees fees …

Appalling communication from this company. Rude account manager that gives false and poor information. Do not answer my calls or emails and if you get the call centre they will not understand what you are asking for if it is anything other than basic or simple.
