Amazing, love these guys. Everyone was super helpful, no hassles at all, despite the fact that they were updating their computer system. Once again they provided a courtesy car (even though my insurance policy doesn't cover one), and made sure that it was one that could fit my kids carseats in it. I can't recommend them highly enough, and the car now looks great!

Super helpful staff and really quick to book me in and fix up my car. Even cleaned my interior before I picked up my car (very sandy interior, was at the beach the weekend before). Totally recommended. They made a stressful situation, so easy to cope with.

I take my car to get done they said it will take about 5 days now it’s taking 7 days and the not sure when it’s will finish this is my list time I will bring my car to this shop and anyone I know I will not let them come to the shop anymore because they don't respect time

I didn't have a particularly good experience with this place.My car went here through insurance and i got it back with news dings (possibly from when it was hit and just not repaired properly), paint runs, orange peel texture, a rusty door (no kidding), the new wheel colour didnt match, the paint colour didnt match, etc. Their second attempt was just over top of the last paint and had a crack in it.On the third attempt, i gave up. My wheels are now not a nice colour, i have small dings, clear coat runs, and a drivers window that squeals when i use it. They did paint a wing mirror that was unrelated to the hit and run, which was nice, but one wing mirror isn't really worth the rest of my car looking bad.Overall, they are ok if you have a very rough car and/or dont care how it looks. Do not take a tidy car here.

We have a RAV4 in Dunedin for our kids who are at Uni there. The car had a minor scrape, but it was also looking a bit worse for wear after surviving 2 years on Castle St. We had it assessed by Castle St Panel Beaters and they did the repair. The RAV has come back looking like a new car. The team there did the repairs as quoted but it looks like they went the extra yeard for us to get it back into a really good condition. The team at Castle St Panel beaters have been great to deal with, remotely, friendly did what they said they'd do, and I think a bit more. Thank you!

I had some welding done on my work truck.Initially the service and communication was great.Turns out the radiator installation was incorrect and ended up blowing my engine.Insurance was contacted in good time but months later I am still without a truck with no refund and have lost thousands $$ of value on my vehicle as it's now scrap.
